Framework

The ICRI™ readiness framework

A structured, transparent way to make supplier readiness visible, comparable and reportable, owned and maintained by ICRI.

The four pillars

Four dimensions of procurement readiness

Readiness is assessed across four pillars so buyers see a complete, comparable picture of capability.

01

Governance

Reliable structure and oversight buyers can engage with confidence.

02

Procurement capability

The commercial capability to win, deliver and sustain work.

03

Indigenous supplier readiness

Genuine, verifiable Indigenous business participation.

04

Measurement

Progress that is visible, evidence-backed and reportable.

In short: the framework shows where a supplier stands and what it takes to participate confidently in corporate and government supply chains.

Assurance

From assessment to assurance

The framework turns supplier readiness into something procurement, projects and the board can rely on.

  • A clear, comparable view of where each supplier stands
  • Readiness backed by evidence, not assertion
  • Outcomes that are reportable to procurement, projects and audit
  • Confidence to engage suppliers and plan participation
Governance

Confidence you can stand behind

The framework gives corporate and government audiences confidence in participation outcomes. ICRI does not act as a regulator, certify identity, or guarantee compliance, it makes readiness, evidence and assurance visible.

Partners

Delivery Partners

ICRI provides the platform and evidence layer. Specialist partners can support delivery, infrastructure assurance, workforce pathways and supplier development where deeper project support is required.

Implementation Partner

FN Workforce Group

Indigenous-led delivery support for workforce participation, supplier mentoring and capability building.

Infrastructure Assurance Method

IPOAS

IPOAS is a structured participation assurance methodology designed for major infrastructure projects. It provides an additional layer of project-level assurance where governments, delivery authorities and major contractors require deeper oversight of participation commitments and outcomes.

Partner Pathway

Future partners

Additional delivery, assurance or specialist partners can be added where project context requires deeper support.

Partners remain independent. ICRI provides the platform, evidence visibility and readiness infrastructure.

Next steps

Assess readiness, build capability

Suppliers can complete an assessment via the Supplier Portal. Corporates can view readiness and evidence via the Corporate Portal.
